Adaptive design suitable for bedridden or wheelchair dependent men.

Men’s shirt with long “dignity” front.  Created to provide complete front coverage for wheelchair or bed use.  Longer front provides coverage while eliminating the need to completely undress during hygiene checks and the open back provides easier access for caregivers to provide hygiene care without additionally soiling the entire garment.  Velcro closures are in the seam of the left shoulder, sleeve and side;  the entire left side can be opened for convenience of dressing and providing care.  Side opening enables dressing with minimal movement.

Extra attention has been given to eliminate bulkiness and rough seams with consideration for fragile skin.
